My City Youth Center is an incorporated 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization located in the city of Hemet, California, which provides a safe place for at-risk youth ages 8 to 18 to gather. We offer free programs including art, guitar lessons, dance instruction, gymnastics, basketball training, an outdoor skate park, a recreation room, computer programming, tutoring, and after school homework help. We offer each participant the opportunity to be empowered by the possibilities of a fulfilling future, and guided toward their goals by supportive, encouraging and well-qualified mentors and teachers. We take our mission seriously: Inviting, Equipping & Challenging at-risk youth; inviting them to enjoy free-of-charge programs of interest, equipping them with life-skills, and challenging them to make a positive impact in the community.
